“my why” jake & ella
These two beautiful souls are the reason I put one foot in front of the other. They give me the guts to dream big and take risks! Just look in their eyes…full of hope…and when they cast their gaze my way, I know I need to be their bridge to wherever they want to go. As a Mom, you lose yourself within your kids…but after they begin finding their own way, you realize you’re found again…and you like the “new you” they created you to be! Thank you Jake & Ella…much love and gratitude!
Jake is the strong pillar in our family…a deep thinker, perceptive, but can also make you “belly” laugh with just a few soft spoken words…and his hugs, well, they melt this Mama’s heart in an instant! Jake is all things baseball, and has plans to take his career as far as possible! When he is without a bat or glove, you will find Jake strumming a guitar, golfing, fishing, or playing the latest video game.
Ella is the “sugar and spice” to our family recipe. She is the oldest teenager I know…an “old soul” for sure…often commenting that she was born in the wrong decade. Ella loves the 80’s, Elvis and “Ol Blue Eyes”! She is an aspiring author…to date, she has 3 books pending, she’s also an actor, artist, animal lover, and best friend anyone could ever have!

Maisy keeps us on task and schedule, but excels at reminding us there’s always time to play in this game called “life”! She has a natural way of bringing us all together and boosting spirits! Her specialty is loving us unconditionally…a true leader!
